We accept Paypal for payment on the site. PayPal will accept all credit cards for us.
We do not offer terms nor process COD orders.
Handling Fee:
All orders are subject to a $10.00 handling fee to offset the cost of invoicing, packaging and shipping products.
Minimum Orders:
There is no minimum order requirements, however, please remember there is a $10.00 handling fee.
Cancelled Orders:
The charges for an order placed and then cancelled by the buyer without reasonable cause will be $15.00. Simply finding the product at a location closer to the buyer is not reasonable once the order has been placed with us.
Back Orders:
We keep track of back ordered items. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible to you.
Returns/Exchanges:
There are no refunds or exchanges on fragrances, dyes or soap base unless they are found to be defective. There are no returns on special order items. Other items being returned must be in saleable condition and still in the original shrink wrap/package before a refund or credit will be granted. All refunds must occur within14 days of the customer receiving the order. Products being returned must include an explanation as to why the item is being returned. The customer is responsible for all charges being incurred to return product. This includes shipping, customs and/or duty fees when returning a product. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit or refund where the product is not defective.
Products Not For Export to the United States:
Due to the FDA's Bioterrorism Act '2002' and the admissibility of food related items, we cannot ship a variety of food grade oils into the United States. The items we cannot ship to you will be identified throughout our price list for you.
